Wait for our confirmation and return authorization. We will provide you with a return reference number and shipping instructions.
Carefully package the item in its original packaging if possible. Include your return reference number and order details inside the package.
Send the package to the address provided in our return authorization. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
